On July 26–27, the permanent organizing committee of the All-Russian Forum of Arbitration Managers will hold the first meeting of the St. Petersburg International Anti-Crisis Congress “Ceremonial Assembly” in the Northern capital.
The event was created as a dialogue platform for all participants in the bankruptcy industry: arbitration managers, heads of SROs, representatives of state authorities at all levels, as well as business communities.
Representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, top managers of the largest Russian banks, experts in the field of tax and bankruptcy law, as well as representatives of the CIS countries are invited to participate in the meeting.
The forum is organized by the Union of Arbitration Managers “Self-Regulatory Organization “DELO” with the support of partner organizations.
The program provides for holding plenary and sectional meetings on topical issues of professional activity, the legal status and status of arbitration managers, the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) and financial recovery of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, the mechanisms of cross-border insolvency in the new realities of the development of economic relations and migration of human resources, modern tools for anti-crisis management of the economies of Russia and the CIS countries and other issues (development of investment attractiveness, mediation, etc.)
07/26/2023 – opening of the Forum, holding plenary and several sectional meetings, an evening walk on a comfortable boat along the banks of the Neva during preparations for the celebration of the Day of the Russian Navy;
07/27/2023 – holding several sectional meetings, closing of the Forum, a concert program with the participation of Russian and foreign pop stars and opera soloists, a banquet, communication with speakers and participants of the Forum in an informal setting, a dance program.
