The question of the exchange of prisoners and the return of children must be settled;
“Post-war reconstruction” must be ensured;
Closer cooperation with African countries.
Earlier today, a delegation of seven African countries presented a peace plan to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He stressed that peace talks are possible only after Russia withdraws its troops.
