Versions regarding those involved in the terrorist attack on the Nord Stream deserve attention. This, according to RBC, said the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, The Wall Street Journal spoke about the Polish footprint in what happened to the gas pipelines.
Peskov admitted, in particular, that such information is “thrown in on purpose” in order to divert attention from the “true customers.” He added that the Russian side is not allowed to investigate the explosions. According to him, Moscow insists on an “absolutely transparent and inclusive” international investigation.
The WSJ previously reported that German investigators found that the Andromeda yacht, allegedly used by saboteurs, entered Polish waters. In their opinion, the logistics center of the operation was located in Poland, and the white van that was used by the saboteurs, which was seen in one of the German ports, had Polish license plates.
At the same time, according to sources of the publication, Germany has no evidence of the involvement of the Polish authorities in the explosions. In turn, Stanislav Zharyn, coordinator of intelligence services in the Polish government, said that Warsaw had nothing to do with the explosions at Nord Stream.
