According to the nutritionist, fatty foods can also provoke inflammation. Alcohol also causes harm, as the body spends many components, which are also necessary for the joints, in order to compensate for the toxic effect of alcohol.
The doctor urged to refuse products with a lot of salt, since the latter binds the water necessary for the intra-articular, synovial fluid. You should not yet abuse coffee and caffeinated drinks – because of them, the body will consume calcium, and bone and cartilage structures will get less of it, the nutritionist explained.
