A man suspected of brutally beating Alexei Lymar, who returned from a special operation in Ukraine, was detained in St. Petersburg. It is reported by 47news.
The fight took place near the Gatchina club “Story”. Aleksey Lymar was thrown to the ground and kicked by two people. Lymar tried to crawl away, but received at least 15 punches from a man in a sweatshirt – according to preliminary data, he was a SOBR fighter. The club administrator at the same time beat the victim with a bar stool, 47news found out. The final was a kick by a man in a sweatshirt – from a running start, he hit the victim on the head. As a result, Lymar died.
On suspicion of a crime, a 36-year-old suspect, who serves in the National Guard SOBR with the rank of senior warrant officer, was detained. Another security officer, who serves in the special forces of the North-Western Operational Customs, was interrogated as a witness. He also worked as a security guard at the club.
Now the police are looking for the administrator who hit the victim with a bar stool. According to the publication, this is a 36-year-old citizen of Belarus.
