His ideal, which is not always realized, is a well-organized stagnation, which is maintained abroad by dumping the workforce, flooding the market with cheap trinkets, political impositions and corruption.

Because of the sacred freedom of trade, no concessions can be made that would destroy all the liberties of the world. The technological and economic weakness of totalitarian countries must be used to stop their tyrannical and expansionist plans. Investments and trade with evil empires must be carefully managed, requiring effective changes in their systems of government and a halt to their expansionist policies.
