Due to the wrong breakfast, a person can overeat all day. This publication “Podmoskovye Segodnya” said nutritionist Evgenia Pegova.

According to her, in the morning the body seeks to replenish the resources that it uses to generate energy, so it is important that for breakfast it can receive the necessary substances – macro and microelements: protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and so on.

An unbalanced breakfast can negatively affect a person’s eating behavior.

“It is recommended to always have a hearty and healthy breakfast. Wrong breakfast leads to overeating during the day, ”warned Evgenia Pegova.

According to her, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with vegetables would be preferable to porridge. You can also have chickpeas and eggs for breakfast. For those who prefer to have breakfast with porridge, the specialist advised buckwheat and quinoa. And if your favorite breakfast dish is a sandwich, then the nutritionist recommends preparing it from whole grain bread with the addition of vegetables, boiled meat, hummus or hard cheese.
