The European Commission has proposed disconnecting four more Russian banks from the SWIFT system as part of the tenth round of sanctions. We are talking about Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff and Rosbank. At the same time, the fourth bank was not specified, according to Reuters.

Earlier, Bloomberg wrote that the listed banks could be included in the new sanctions package along with the National Welfare Fund.

Reuters points out that asphalt and rubber from Russia, as well as steel and aluminum, may also fall under the new sanctions. The EU may also increase restrictions on the export of electronic circuits, thermal imagers, and vehicles to Russia.

In addition, it is expected to tighten controls over the sale of satellite data to China, which can be transferred to Moscow. According to the agency, the restrictions may also affect the Arabic service of the RT channel.

According to other sources, the European Union will impose restrictions on Russian rare earth elements and heavy elements and will blacklist the Russian reinsurer of ships carrying oil, as well as dozens of legal entities and individuals.
