In the village of Kiselevo, Omsk region, a working meeting of officials ended in a fight between the head of the Znamensky rural settlement, Gennady Andreev, and the head of the Znamensky district, Sergei Maksimov. It is noted that the conflict occurred at a meeting with the villagers, where the improvement of the church and the repair of the water tower were discussed, since at that time there was no water in the village for four days.
Witnesses reported that 47-year-old Maksimov hit 63-year-old Andreev twice, who then required hospitalization.
“According to preliminary data, there was a verbal conflict between them. Maksimov inflicted several blows on the head to the head of the rural settlement, Andreev. Some time later he was taken to the hospital. A medical examination will be carried out to determine the severity of the injuries. An inspection has been organized on this incident, ”the press service of the investigative department explained.
The regional Ministry of Health reported that the man was diagnosed with a concussion.
