Three citizens were murdered this Sunday afternoon in the hit-and-run style in the Huaquillas canton, in El Oro.
The event was recorded at 5:30 p.m. in the Unión Lojana citadel.
According to local media, two motorists surprised the three men who were gathered in that sector and shot them several times. This caused fear in the neighbors who, upon seeing the three wounded, mobilized them to receive medical assistance.

They were taken to the basic hospital in Huaquillas where doctors on duty confirmed the death of the three citizens.
According to uniformed officers, the victims were identified as Jean Carlos Conde Salas, Luis Alfredo Quilambaqui Quezada and Diego Fernando Arévalo.
The police agents carried out the removal of the bodies, they also reviewed security cameras and talked with the relatives to find out the motive for the attack and begin the investigations into these three deaths. (YO)
