Greek singer Katerina Lioliou posted her own message on social media after Romeo, the nightclub where she performed until recently, issued a statement referencing their split.

The nightclub's statement did not name Lioliou directly but made an indirect reference to their working relationship. According to the statement, the two sides had agreed to work together until January 2027, but the singer ended her run of appearances on July 25 and then announced she would spend the winter performing with Sakis Rouvas at Enastron.

Lioliou did not officially respond to Romeo's statement. Sources close to her described the statement as an unjustified and indecent attack, according to people in her circle.

Her camp disputes the contract terms
Sources in Lioliou's environment said there was no agreement for appearances through January 2027, and that the arrangement instead ran only until the end of July, which is what took place. They added that Lioliou has always been loyal and consistent in every professional relationship and obligation she has taken on.

An Instagram update on her summer tour
A few hours after the nightclub's statement, Lioliou posted an Instagram story filmed from her home, addressing the next stops on what she called her summer tour update. She greeted her followers with a small update, as she said she always does, and said she had just returned to Athens feeling very fulfilled after a wonderful two days performing in Patras at the Volcano venue, where she said the atmosphere had been fantastic and things got wild as she sang.

She said her schedule now moves on to Crete, and listed upcoming appearances in Chania on August 5, Rethymno on August 7 and Heraklio on August 8.
