First confirmed urban and reggaeton acts

Puerto Rican reggaeton icon Don Omar was the first artist announced for the festival, confirming his participation personally on social media. He stated on social media that what was promised was a debt and expressed excitement about returning to Festival Presidente in December. He added that returning to the stage meant reuniting with an audience that had supported him over many years, telling fans to warm up their voices for a good reunion. Don Omar has performed at previous editions of the event.

Colombian singer Beéle was announced second, adding urban music and Latin afrobeat to the schedule. He is recognized as a fast-growing figure in urban music whose hits dominate digital platforms, broadening the musical styles featured at the venue.

Merengue, bachata and headline acts

Dominican singer Milly Quezada, known as the queen of merengue, will represent the country's signature genre at the festival. She wrote on social media that it was a joy to share the news and that attendees would gather in December at Festival Presidente 2026 to celebrate their music, their people, and their shared flavor. Her participation guarantees merengue representation on one of the main stages in the Dominican Republic.

Dominican singer-songwriter Juan Luis Guerra was announced on Monday through the official social media accounts of the event. Festival organizers posted on social media that Festival Presidente was back and that Juan Luis Guerra would participate in the celebration, expressing excitement about sharing the music in December.

Emerging bachata artist Dalvin La Melodía completed the current list of confirmed acts. He posted on social media that excitement was building and that everyone would gather at Festival Presidente 2026 to sing, celebrate, and perform. His inclusion reflects the organizers' effort to combine established performers with rising names in the Dominican music scene.

The confirmed acts currently include Don Omar from Puerto Rico, Beéle from Colombia, and Dominican performers Milly Quezada, Juan Luis Guerra, and Dalvin La Melodía. More national and international artists are expected to join the festival lineup before December 2026.
