Does hybrid manicure damage nails? It shouldn’t, if done correctly, at least in theory. In practice, nails often require regeneration. Why and how to effectively strengthen them?
Does the hybrid damage nails? There is no definite answer
Hybrid varnish is a product which, after hardening with a lamp, sticks very tightly to the nail plate. If we do not take breaks, it will certainly have an impact on the condition of the nails. The varnish is removed mechanically, so even if we do it very gently, it still leads to micro-damage. Additionally, we wrap the nails with a cotton swab with acetone, which dries them. The nails are not indifferent to the application and its mechanical removal.

Continuous application of the hybrid is a mistake that may contribute to the weakening of the natural nail plate. From time to time, she needs a break from constant styling. Hybrid manicure should be removed every 12-14 days, and once every six months you should take a break in applying layers of varnish. The nail is dead tissue and does not need oxygen, so it is about replenishing minerals and the regeneration process.
Nails after hybrid manicure require regeneration? Fortify them with castor oil
Castor oil is a natural substitute for popular nail conditioners. Used regularly, it gives great results and actually strengthens. It is enough to rub it into the nail plate every evening with a cotton swab or a nail stick. It is not necessary to apply a thick layer, the main thing is to do it regularly. The price is the undoubted advantage of this solution. A bottle of castor oil costs just a few zlotys and lasts for a few weeks.
