In 2022, the conditions for receiving a 13th pension are still in place, although not as strict as they were. The 13th prize will be awarded to a senior who is entitled to:
- old-age pensions – including the bridging pension, periodic funded pension and partial pension,
- disability pensions – including pensions for war and military invalids and accident pensions,
- training pension,
- social pension,
- survivor’s pension,
- parental supplementary benefit,
- a cash benefit due to blind civilian victims of hostilities,
- teacher’s compensation benefit,
- pre-retirement benefits and allowance.
The money will be paid “ex officio”, there is no income threshold.
Will the pension 13 2022 be lower? Unfortunately it is possible
Until now, the 13th pension has been paid in the amount of the lowest pension applicable from March 1 of a given year. In 2021, the thirteenth pension was paid out in the amount of. The forecasts are that this year’s indexation of pensions will amount to at least 7 percent. If this happens, it may be PLN 1,338 gross. The final value of the indexation will be established in February 2022. Unfortunately, rising inflation may contribute to a crisis situation.
