Green tea is a delicious and healthy drink that many people reach for. It is particularly popular in Asia, although of course it also has a number of fans in Poland. This is not surprising, because it is not only tasty, but also hides many beneficial relationships for the bodyand its properties were appreciated in ancient times.

What are the effects of drinking green tea? The list of advantages is endless

In green tea you will find stimulating caffeine, which makes some replace it with popular coffee. According to DOZ.pl, it contains up to 4,000 valuable ingredients, including mainly biologically activated compounds. Up to 30 percent They are polyphenols, including catechins or flavonoids, which have a positive effect on the functioning of the body. They have a strong antioxidant, anti -inflammatory and antioxidant effect, which means that regular consumption of green tea protects against free radicals. Interia reports that the effect of polyphenols contained in tea is even several times higher than in the case of other popular antioxidants, such as vitamin C. It is estimated that thanks to this, a green drink may reduce the risk of behavior on some cancers, but this has not been finally proven yet.

In addition to the above, green tea supports slimming and detoxification of the body. Lowers sugar levels, reduces fatigue and supports heart and memory. It turns out that drinking it all day will not necessarily bring only benefits. Much depends on the effects you want to get. Reaching for it in the morning will improve your mood and make you work better. It will provide a longer, though slower increase in energy. If you train and reach for it, it will reduce the tiredness associated with them, it will support the fight with the tire and reduce muscle damage. However, when it comes to evening rituals, it is better to avoid green tea in them, as it can cause problems with falling asleep.
