Roman Załuski was once one of the most popular directors in Poland. He made his debut in the early 1970s, creating a cult series, but He was the most popular to him like “Oh, Karol”, “Kogel-Mogel” and his second part or “Emergency Exit”. The production campaign takes place in the early 1980s in a provincial town, headed by the energetic Jadwiga Kolędowa. While she manages the commune, her husband Władysław breeds ducks and cultivates flowers in tunnels. The marriage also has an unemployed daughter Dorota, who one day informs them that they will become … grandparents. The problem is that he does not want to reveal who the father of the child is. Jadwiga panic, because a moral scandal can seriously threaten her reputation among local residents. So he devises a seemingly clever intrigue.
He decides that he will find a daughter of a husband who, after the birth of a child, of course, for a proper monetary salary, will agree to divorce. He entrusts the task to his husband, who soon brings the Editor Bronk home. This, as it turns out quickly, is a former prisoner, but the carol seems not to have a problem with it, at least not now when her authority is at the scale. Dorota, however, is less favorable to him and initially treats him from a distance. Over time, however, he begins to live to Bronek’s sympathy, which transforms in addition to the recipient. This complicates the plans of the resolute Mrs. Wójt.
Who played in the “emergency”? Critics compare Załuski to Barea
Andrzej Mularczyk is responsible for the engaging production scenariowhich has worked with Załuski many times, even when creating a cult “home”. The cast was a galaxy of Polish cinema and theater stars. Jerzy Michotek, Maria Gładkowska and Andrzej Golejewski appeared in the main roles. At their side appeared, among others , Ferdynand Matysik, Jadwika Skupnik and Zbigniew Buczkowski.

It is worth coming back to such films. Old good atmosphere, a great acting (especially you and Mr. Corians), a funny scenario. There are no such comedies today
