The next edition of the Musika-Música Festival of Bilbao, from March 7 to 9, will be dedicated to “emotions” and will have 70 performances, including concerts of the Euskadi Symphony Orchestras, Bilbao, Navarra, Castilla y León, Galicia and Tenerife.
In the festival more than 1500 performers will participate and, for the first time, it will include a dance performance, with the Kukai group next to the Navarra Symphony Orchestra.
The Festival will start at the Arriaga Theater with a concert from the Bilbao Orkestra Sinfonikoa (BOS) and the Choral Society of Bilbao, under the direction of Erik Nielsen, which will interpret the overture of “The wandering Dutch” of Wagner, the suite of “the Lake of the Swans “of Chaikovski and the” Polovtsian dances “of Borodin.
The rest of the concerts also begin on Friday and all of them will take place at the Euskalduna Palace, simultaneously and in several rooms.
Symphonic, camera and recitals proposals have “popular” prices.
