How to cook the soup based on broth? Forget about tomato, cucumber or vegetable. Recently, I prepared a delicious dish reminiscent of spring. Secret component? You usually throw them into a saul.

If you have some broth from the previous dinner, we have for you who will change and diversify a traditional meal. As soon as you prepare this soup, the house will be filled with a spring fragrance. In addition, it will saturate more and will be a great way to get bored in the kitchen.

Broth -based soups are a real treasury of nutritional values. It is low-calorie, and in addition it contains many vitamins and minerals (iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and beta-carotene, vitamin E). So it will be an ideal option for people who eat healthy. Usually in Polish homes it is prepared on Sunday, while on Monday it often gets tomato or other soup. However, if we want to break this pattern a bit, it is worth making a unique dish in a spring climate. The tortellini add -on will surprise many people.

List of necessary ingredients:

  • 1 liter of vegetable broth or poultry broth,
  • 300 g tortellini with spinach filling or prosciutto ham,
  • carrot,
  • 150 g of green beans (frozen or fresh),
  • 100 g of frozen green pea,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation of this dish is very simple and primarily fast. So it won’t pass a few minutes and the soup will be ready to enjoy.

  1. Pour the vegetable broth or broth into the pot and add a carrot cut into thin slices. Bring to a boil.
  2. Then add tortellini with spinach filling or prosciutto ham and cook according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Add frozen peas and green beans to the pot and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your meal!
