Metallica concert at PGE Narodowy 2024. These people will be dismissed. Organizers have provided guidelines

Tomorrow Metallica will play the first of two concerts planned for the upcoming weekend in Warsaw. The organizers have prepared a detailed schedule and a list of guidelines that must be followed in order not to be turned away. Here are the details.

is an American heavy metal and trash metal band founded in 1981 by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich, considered one of the greatest in the history of music. They have released 12 studio albums, including one with covers, which, according to statistics, have sold a total of about 200 million copies. Their biggest hits include songs such as “Nothing Else Matters”, “The Unforgiven” and “The Day That Never”.

How much is a ticket for Metallica 2024? The band will perform twice at PGE Narodowy

In 2023, Metallica’s next album, “72 Seasons,” was released, and the songs from it are being promoted during the “M72 World Tour,” among other things. It is as part of this project that the band will perform live at the National Stadium in Warsaw on July 5 and 7, 2024. Interestingly, a separate setlist has been prepared for each day, which means that none of the 15 songs they will play live each evening will be repeated.

Although the concert tickets have sold out like hot cakes, there are still single tickets available on the Ticketmaster website. Their prices range from PLN 609 in the upper stands to as much as PLN 2,828 for a seat in the lower stand, and that’s without the VIP package. It’s worth remembering, however, that entry to the event will only be possible after meeting all the conditions included in the regulations. Which ones? The list is really long.

Just before the concert, the organizers published guidelines that all concertgoers must follow. One of the conditions for entering the venue is not to have any of the prohibited items listed in the regulations. This includes weapons, shoes and other items of clothing with metal tips, as well as items that may pose a threat, such as a nail file or a lighter. There is also a strict ban on bringing in digital equipment, including cameras, camcorders, laptops and even gadgets in the form of selfie sticks.

But that’s not all. Partygoers are not allowed to have any luggage, i.e. backpacks, handbags, fanny packs or pouches, even small ones. At the entrance gates, everyone will have to go through a security check, whose task is to ensure compliance with these rules. If the employees deem it appropriate, they have the right to confiscate items that, in their opinion, do not meet the requirements and place them in a deposit for an additional fee of PLN 50, or, in the most problematic cases, refuse entry to the concert.
