On the profile of the Priest from the housing estate, a different entry than usual appeared recently. It was not another piece of advice or explanation of some problem related to faith. Father Rafał Główczyński informed internet users that he was opening his own club-café. Not only the prices are arousing interest, but also the price of the premises itself. It turns out that the opening is just a few days away, and the collection has only just started.

Further down in the post, we read where the Butterfly Circus will be located and how it will function. The location of the club-café is well known to many Warsaw residents. It will be located near the popular steps over the Vistula River. The opening is planned for July 7, 2024. Various activities will be planned during the week. For example, on Mondays you will be able to eat something in exchange for helping to clean up the river banks, on Wednesdays, with singles in mind, you will be able to integrate, play board games or sing, and Thursdays “are days of talks about spirituality for everyone, regardless of views, gender, orientation, who are looking for God but feel that they do not find themselves in church”, the priest emphasized that LGBT+ people and those after divorce will be welcomed with open arms.
There will be a cafe, but there is no money. “We need support”
“That’s the plan. For this to work out, we need PRAYER support, but also financial support,” we read in the entry. The priest from the estate meticulously calculated how much the entire investment would cost. He estimated the total cost at PLN 98,300. In order to collect the necessary amount, he organized a collection, to which you can donate money. At the moment, less than PLN 11,500 has been collected. “What if we don’t collect that much? We’ll buy what we need, and the rest over time. In the worst case, we’ll organize meetings without refreshments, and instead of chairs and deckchairs there will be pallets,” he explained.
