Many people notice that things change after marriage. Especially if we didn’t live together before. A certain tiktoker found this out the hard way and decided to share his sadness with the world.
He said what his wife forbids him. “If you want to get married, it’s better not to get married.”
Maciej Orzechowski’s TikTok has a recording in which he describes what has changed in his relationship since he got married. You might expect him to talk about the increased need to clean or spend less time in front of the computer. What he shared was much more “trivial”, and yet it caused quite a sensation. It turned out that the TikToker’s wife forbade him from buying his favorite food. Here are “three things I bought when I was single, and now my wife won’t let me:
- Liverwurst. My wife says hers stinks in the fridge, so I can’t buy it.
- Meat with vegetables. My wife says it disgusts me. But I like it, I like it. I have such nostalgia, I always ate sandwiches with it.
- Weird sauces. To me, these are normal sauces, but she says they are weird. I feel a little sad. These are great sauces.”
If you want to get married, it’s better not to get married
– the author commented jokingly.
What do wives forbid their husbands from doing after marriage? “My fridge hasn’t seen sausage in almost two years”
The comments that appeared under the recording have a similar tone. Internet users began to share their thoughts on the connections with such bans. Others expressed support in terms of sympathy for the indicated products. “Time to change your wife,” wrote one commenter. “How can you tell someone what to eat and what not to eat?” asked another.
Get yourself a wife so she can stop you from eating your favorite things. Deal of a lifetime
– added the next one.
Some also shared their own examples, which show that it is not only wives who introduce “fridge terror”. “I bought a treat with jelly. A minced meat. It was good with a tomato, but my husband says it is carcinogenic and ground up, so he only lets me eat it once every six months” – said one of the Internet users, while another added: “I am only forbidden to eat tripe in the presence of my husband. I almost got divorced because of it. He would sell me for the rest of the Polish food”.
We can high-five each other. My fridge hasn’t seen sausages for almost two years, and it allowed me to buy cold cuts with vegetables once. I’m afraid to ask about liverwurst
