I recently went to a wedding with friends. The event was without children, and this was probably noted at every stage. For me it’s okay, because a night party with alcohol is not a place for kids. We had no problem with that. My son stayed with his grandparents, we had fun and ate like people at the table, not on the run. Well, get to the shore. A couple showed up at this wedding with their “dog baby”. In general, I have nothing against animals and the fact that they are treated as family members. But the dog was in the church, which is rather unusual, and he was also in the wedding hall. The church is still cool for me, but there are many people who are disturbed by it, because it distracts attention from the mass and, above all, from the bride and groom. This particular one was polite and didn’t bark or move around people. Things got worse in the room.

It was obvious that he didn’t feel particularly comfortable. Several dozen people, loud music, flashing lights and people who couldn’t quite control themselves after a few deep dives were not conducive to the dog’s well-being. And his presence itself did not contribute to the well-being of some people. I know that there were some of them who were simply afraid of dogs. It doesn’t have to be a large dog, because even small mongrels or Yorkies can bite painfully. And in a wedding setting, many things can go wrong, the dog can become stressed and react in different ways.
