On Wednesday, eight female SpaceX employees sued Elon Musk for sexual harassment and gender discrimination. The women claim that the billionaire fired them in 2022 when they informed the human resources department about the abuses he had committed. They accuse him, among other things, of consciously and intentionally creating a hostile work environment by humiliating women and LGBTQ+ people with his comments and remarks. According to the words of former SpaceX employees published in the Wall Street Journal, Musk was to “dedicate special attention” to two women.
Toxic work environment
Some time ago, there were reports in the media about the disturbing atmosphere at SpaceX and Tesla. Elon Musk was accused of taking drugs at work, including: LSD, cocaine and ecstasy. In addition, the billionaire allegedly told jokes about sexual harassment and deliberately paid his female employees less than male employees. Now it turned out that he had a sexual relationship with a former SpaceX intern. He hired her to join his leadership team.
“She and Musk had met many years earlier during her internship, when she was still in college. She approached him with ideas for improving SpaceX. Her help led to a date that ended in a kiss, and eventually something more,” we read.

There may be more victims of molestation
The woman is not the billionaire’s only victim. In 2016, a SpaceX stewardess accused Musk of exposing himself to her and offering to buy her a horse if she gave him an erotic massage. Another former SpaceX employee confessed that Elon Musk asked her to bear him children. In line with his belief that the world is facing a population shortage crisis and people with high IQ should breed.
The Wall Street Journal asked SpaceX to respond to the information contained in the article. Company representatives and lawyers firmly denied any abuse of employees.
