Sokołowska cited, among other things, § 1 of the Code of Petty Offenses:
Whoever destroys crops, seedlings or grass on forest or agricultural land that does not belong to him, shall be subject to a fine of up to PLN 500 or a reprimand.
It turns out that by going directly into rapeseed and destroying someone else’s crops, we can receive a fine. A much safer option is to stand in front of the rapeseed while taking photos and pay special attention not to destroy it.

There were many comments under the post from people who did similar photo sessions or, like the policewoman, drew attention to crops that are constantly being destroyed. Some people also reminded that eating rapeseed that has been freshly sprayed may be harmful to health.
