Remember to thoroughly clean your shoes before wearing them, manually removing any sand, mud, pebbles or other dirt. This way it will be more effective and will also prevent damage to the washing machine. Before washing, you should also remove the laces from your shoes, if they have any. If the shoes are still dirty after cleaning with a soft brush, it is worth using a special shoe cleaning preparation or cleaning them with a cloth moistened with soapy water. For light leather shoes, a cloth soaked in milk may also be helpful.

How to wash shoes in a washing machine?

It is worth knowing how to wash shoes so as not to destroy them. Sneakers, sneakers and sports shoes are particularly suitable for mechanical cleaning, as long as they are not glued but sewn. Washing white shoes may be particularly beneficial, as dirt is most visible on them and most difficult to remove. Before drying, it is worth stuffing the inside of the shoes with newspapers or paper towels, which will not only absorb a lot of moisture, but will also help maintain the proper shape of the shoes.
