The record holders even have their own entries on Wikipedia, but there are no Polish artists on the list.

Abroad, artists are struggling to exceed the threshold of one billion plays, in Poland the rate is slightly lower – 100 million. Everything indicated that Mata and his song “Kiss cam” would be the first to cross the border, but the young rapper still lacked about 2.5 million listens to the record.
Matczak was just beaten by White 2115 and his song “California” from 2018, which recorded 100 million plays. The single promoted the album “Rockstar” and is doing much better on YouTube than on the above-mentioned platform, where it has 125 million views.

According to the website glamrap.pl, we will probably have to wait a while longer for the next Polish songs to exceed 100 million plays. Guzior and his “Blueberry” has over 86 million plays. In turn, Kizo’s “Disney” has approximately 76 million listens.
Going beyond the rap bubble, it can be noticed that Mêskie Granie’s anthem – “And you too, very”, which has already been listened to over 72 million times, is also approaching. In turn, Sanah’s most popular song “Ale jazz” recorded with Vito Bambino will soon exceed 65 million plays. A similar result was also recorded in the song “Małomiasteczkowy” by Dawid Podsiadło.
