The BBK Bilbao Music Legends Fest closes its lineup with The Pretenders and The Jayhawks

The BBK Bilbao Music Legends Fest has made public this Thursday the final poster for its 2024 edition, scheduled for June 14 and 15 at the Bilbao Arena, as well as the distribution by days of the program, which closes with the confirmations of The Pretenders and The Jayhawks, both scheduled for the first of their two days.
The festival divides its lineup by day with the confirmation of the Anglo-American band The Pretenders as the headliner for Friday.
The band led by Chrissie Hynde, with more than four decades of career, will share the day with The Jayhawks (Minnesota), references of alternative country rock along with bands like Uncle Tupelo or the later Wilco.
Joining them on Friday will be the already announced The Screamin’ Cheetah Wheelies (Tennessee), led by vocalist Mike Farris, and the power trio Susan Santos.
The second day of the festival will feature the already announced Deep Purple (United Kingdom), creators of hard rock and heavy metal, and the survivors of sixties blues rock Canned Heat.
Added to these first confirmations for Saturday are the performances of Blues Pills and Petti.
As usual, the festival will reserve the Voodoo Child outdoor terrace, where Arnau & The Honky Tonk Losers, Kinki Boys, Nevadah, Sotomonte, The Ribbons and Ziin & The Melody Breakers will perform.
