After these words, the MP became silent during the broadcast. “I thought the editor had stopped running the program”

On Wednesday afternoon, Andrzej Morozowski invited PiS MP Anna Zalewska (former Minister of Education) and PO MP Bartosz Arłukowicz (former Minister of Health) to the “Tak jest” program. Morozowski asked about their opinions on current events, but the discussion quickly turned into an exchange of mutual insults. The guests exchanged insults, but the PiS MP was in a much worse position – she was contacted outside Poland, which is why all texts from the studio reached Zalewska with a severe delay, even several seconds. But it is not everything.

Bartosz Arłukowicz, who was present in the studio, cut Anna Zalewska off after virtually every sentence. The PiS MP was not indebted to him, but she also did not make her life easier – she mainly talked about former MPs Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik who were not allowed to enter the Sejm, and there were also obligatory texts about the scandal and double standards. Bartosz Arłukowicz fired bonmots, and in response to Anna Zalewska’s words that as the opposition they would “watch the authorities’ hands every day and inform Poles about it”, he blurted out:

But come to the Sejm, it will be easier for you to watch, because today you were running in the street – he concluded.

He was answered by a deafening silence, much longer than before, because the former minister suddenly stopped responding. Only after a while did the men in the studio realize that it was not the normal silence required by a long-distance connection. “I think we’ve lost contact with the MP,” said Morozowski, and Arłukowicz added his two cents: “Or the MP has lost contact with us.” Anna Zalewska suddenly replied:

No, we didn’t lose. I simply assumed that the editor had stopped running the program. I am demanding the editor’s guidance – she summed up the verbal arguments.

We have a considerable delay, so the MP can be heard after a few seconds. I did not want to interfere any longer to shorten the delay. But would you like to answer – please do – Morozowski tried to explain.

I don’t respond to taunts. We work in the Sejm and demand that two MPs – Mr Wąsik and Mr Kamiński – legally sit on the parliamentary benches to fulfill their mandate – replied Zalewska.

Demand, the more your demands regarding Kamiński and the mustache, the less support for PiS, that is my belief – said Arłukowicz.
