The subject of the auction is the album “Premiera” by Voo Voo. Most of the songs were recorded “for a hundred” during live improvisation in the studio. The musicians signed the vinyl.
“Premiera” includes 11 original songs, including the singles already known to the public, “Bezruch”, recorded together with the outstanding composer, pianist and vocalist – Hania Rani, and “Łajba” with the participation of the unique artist Masha Natanson. Wojciech Waglewski himself says this about the creation of the album:
On the occasion of these recordings, there was a fantastic cooperation with two women: Masha Natanson, whose talent really deserves to be spread and if we managed to do it even a little, it is already a success. The meeting with Hania Rani was exceptionally and surprisingly coherent, because, as it turned out, I am familiar with the harmonic anarchy and unpredictability of the band’s musicians’ inventiveness. The band’s studio meetings were very intense. The recordings were short so as not to lose any of the energy that we hope to transfer to the stage soon. This is a Voo Voo record, it sounds like a Voo Voo record, it looks like a Voo Voo record and it tastes like a Voo Voo record. Bon appetit… Wagiel.
