“Stripes of horror” from TVP Info have worthy successors. TV Republika threatens that the coalition will disconnect the Internet from Poles

Although known for showing the so-called TVP’s “Wiadomosci” horror strips no longer exist, and the new TVP Info has completely abandoned them, but their fans can still find them. It turns out that the strip on Republika TV has an even more vivid imagination.

Since the ruling coalition introduced the changes promised before the elections in the functioning of public media, TV Republika has become very popular. The station is available on cable and satellite operators, and sometimes also on digital terrestrial television. The channel is known for promoting right-wing political views represented by Law and Justice.

Strip TV on Republika TV “gives it a shot”. “Watch Republic before they disconnect the Internet”

After the TVP Info broadcast was interrupted, Michał Rachoń and Danuta Holecka joined the station, and other former employees of Telewizja Polska who do not accept the changes also often appear on TV Republika. They are also supported by the station’s management and controversial commentators who have outraged public opinion with their statements in recent days.

They openly call the past events “the attack on the coalition media on December 13” and encourage their viewers to take part in protests against the changes introduced by “Colonel Sienkiewicz”. Moreover, on Sunday the station decided to mobilize its audience in a different way. Bars appeared on the screen encouraging people to watch the station’s stream on YouTube.

This wouldn’t be surprising if they didn’t also suggest that “the coalition will disconnect the Internet on December 13.” They were also shown during today’s edition of Michał Rachoń’s “#Jedziemy” program. One of his guests proposed the creation of the so-called black book of violations of the rule of law by Donald Tusk’s government and to inform the European Parliament about its actions.

This narrative is nothing new. After all, in one of the last editions of “Wiadomości” TVP also threatened that the new authorities would remove “M jak miłość” or “Jednego z ten”. However, no one has ever dared to hear the “reports” about the possibility of depriving Poles of access to the Internet. Although only the most ardent opponents of the coalition will probably believe this “information”, its dissemination should not go unanswered by the relevant authorities.
