Actor and singer Don Day declared himself the winner of the well-known reality of living together Challenge to fame (Ecuavisa). The grand finale of the competition, which also measured the talents of well-known and lesser-known figures from the entertainment industry, took place on the night of this Wednesday, December 20.

For three months from September 25, twenty content creators were stuck and only six made it to the finals: Diego Álvarez (Don Day), MC, Mauro Falcón (Kachafa), Conny Garcés, Carolina Jaume and Sebastián Tamayo.

The final episode of the competition started with a compilation of scenes summarizing the finalists’ most important moments. After the screening, they were given the opportunity to comment on their emotions after seeing these memories.

Sebastián Tamayo said he was grateful for the opportunity. Carolina Jaume was curious about the result, because “I feel like the six of us gave so much on the field, more than anywhere else.” For Conny the experience was incredible. “I don’t know how my mother is doing, but I know she is proud of me.”

From the beginning, and without saying it, Kachafa was seen to be the most nervous, when the camera focused on his face and he was secretly crying and shaking at the same time.. “This is a dream I live awake to and it is very rewarding to achieve it at the end.” Don Day added that the hardest thing after the fight will be “to remain and represent an icon.”

After the evaluations, the finalists were shown videos recorded with greetings from your family members, especially from their parents. It was the most touching moment of the farewell, when everyone burst into tears.

He seventh and the last place belongs to Joshua Knight, which obtained 2.83% of the public votes. He was eliminated on Monday, December 18.

The first eliminated, and who occupied the sixth place of popularity, that was it Sebastian Tamayo, (5.2% of the votes). Although he was relaxed, he said upon leaving that he had not expected it, but rather thought Conny would be the first eliminated.

The next person to leave the show’s studio house was Carolina Jaume, in fifth place, with 11.24% of the votes. “For me, this is my big return to television.”

The third participant to drop out DALF used to be Kachafa, who exchanged the fourth seat with 12.63% of the votes. The news genuinely surprised him, as he had emerged as one of the favorites for victory, both by his teammates and the followers of the production. “Life has taught me to lose, and I know how to lose in the face of life, but I leave Ecuador happy because of my honesty in this competition.” He personally said goodbye to his colleagues and thanked them for their lessons before leaving.

Then it was time to leave MC, who takes the third position of the competition with 18.44% of the votes. Second place went to Conny Garcés, with 19.47% of the votes. This means that Don Day emerged as the winner with 30.2% of the votes.
