Directed by Fernando Bernués and performed by Joseba Apaolaza, Miren Arrieta, Mireia Gabilondo, Aitziber Garmendia, Jon Olivares and José Ramón Soroiz, the work narrates the life of an illiterate peasant woman in rural England in the mid-19th century and her efforts to become literate.
Mary is a young woman who lives with her family on a farm in rural England, she has milk-colored hair and was born with a physical defect in one leg, but she manages to escape her peasant life when she is sent to work as a maid. the vicar’s wife.
