One of the provisions states that candidates applying for the program must dress elegantly and should not have speech impediments that make it difficult to understand their answers.
“The organizers reserve the right to decide on the participation of a competitor in the recording if his appearance does not meet the basic aesthetic requirements (careless clothing and appearance) or speech defects make it impossible to understand the answer,” we read in the program regulations.
After Mr. Artur’s incredible success, Internet users expected that the participant would appear in the final of the 140th edition of “One of Ten”.
