- 150 g of unrefined coconut oil,
- 200 g olive oil,
- 50 g of clarified butter,
- 50 g of castor oil,
- 190 g of distilled or non-mineralized water,
- 70 g of sodium hydroxide.
Wear protective gloves and goggles when preparing soap. First, we start preparing the bed. Pour water into the jar, add sodium hydroxide and set aside to cool down. Put all the oils into a bowl and, stirring, melt them in a hot bath. Pour the oils into the pot and add the lye. Mix everything preferably using a blender. The mass should be thick like pudding. Now just pour it into the mold and set aside. When it hardens, take out the soaps and put them in containers. The soaps are ready to use after approximately 8 weeks.
How to make soap from soap? It’s simpler than you think
You can also prepare homemade soap from ready-made gray soap. Just dissolve them in a water bath and mix with a glass of milk or half a glass of water. You will add 3 tablespoons of oil, e.g. almond oil. You can also add spices, fragrance oils or salt to have exfoliating properties. Pour the prepared mass into the mold and leave to cool, then put it in a container and set aside for 2 weeks.
