Bags under the eyes are a real nightmare for many women. Fortunately, nature and simple exercises that we can do in the comfort of our home come to our aid. Yoga teacher Katarzyna Złotkowska recently shared with us her methods for solving this problem. See what to do:
To perform the exercises, first clean your face and hands and apply cream or light oil. Start by unblocking the lymph channels, then move on to sweeping pressure. Use your index finger for this. Move it from the inner corner of the eye along the line of the eye sockets. Apply moderate pressure for about 10 seconds. Then proceed to massage a larger area of the face. Draw the line between your index finger and thumb from your nose to your ear 10 times. Finally, pat the eye area with your fingertips. Do it gently and calmly. Perform the massage at least 3-4 times a week.
What about bags under the eyes? Proven home method
If you want to improve the appearance of the eye area, it is worth enriching your care routine with some home treatments. Our proposal is a chamomile infusion. Just brew two bags of chamomile and then place them on your eyes for about 15 minutes. We can drink the infusion itself. Thanks to this, it will work with double strength. Chamomile will reduce bags and eliminate redness around the eyes.
