It turns out that long toilet sessions are a great way to spend your free time. No more reading or going to a cafe (although reading and coffee can be a nice addition). “Everything shower” is a new trend among Generation Z. Its representatives can devote up to several hours at a time to comprehensive morning or evening body care. The trend is highly visible on social media. TikTok was flooded with videos in which authors show all the steps to beautiful skin and hair. And there are quite a lot of them.
Even the first video tagged “everything shower” makes some people feel dizzy with everything that can be done in the bathroom. Its author, ashley.paiige, listed all the activities in an almost two-minute recording. What’s on her check-off list?

In all activities, yes, it is about taking care of your body, but above all, it is about taking care of your head. This is time just for us, we can focus on ourselves and our needs. We can turn on Taylor Swift songs or other favorite music, podcast or series. We can make coffee or tea. We are not available during these few hours. We wash away not only impurities, but also stress and tension generated throughout the day, week or month. Psychologist Dr. Monnica Williams has a similar opinion:
