This leads to crimes against life and health. What has been shown in the last few days about drugs that have expired or are about to expire, that the packaging was changed, is criminal and should lead to the ordering and implementing agents being tried for assassination, not just for organized crime. .

In addition, it is necessary to raise the awareness of doctors and health institutions that the supply of medicines prescribed by health professionals must be effective. Not the phrase “see where to get medicine”, so that those who need it go to the Gulf.

The lack of defining specific issues within the economic and social macropolitics causes each sector to privilege what interests them, and sometimes there are biased readings or different understandings of what President Daniel Noboa said, to take office, or from his environment. International bank creditors want to know if there will be security in servicing the debt; If they are not perceived, the country’s risk increases. Local authorities require that transfers they refuse are not delivered. Data on internal debt towards suppliers of goods and services are not true, because they have not been properly checked, so there may be overestimations and omissions.

Surely the fiscal fund does not have the liquidity for the current costs of benefits and other values ​​that by law must be paid in December every year, how will the next government acquire it? In terms of financial debt, bank loans, the amounts of contracted debt should not be confused with debts, because the payments will be derived from funds obtained from loans or negotiations on the pre-sale of oil.

A lot has been written and commented on the youth and supposed inexperience of people who would be in important public positions, but they can be valuable and should be properly evaluated for their management. The ability to correct or correct, when necessary, is essential to management; it is not acceptable for a ruler to be fooled by omissions or mistakes.

What must be inalienable is that governance should never involve sharing the pie of power or guaranteeing impunity to anyone.
