The actor, the former partner of Megan Fox, revealed that after seeking answers, a specialist informed him that his diet was to blame for his physical discomfort. Namely, he mentioned that the internal inflammation is caused by gluten and dairy products.

According to the Mayo Clinic, ulcerative colitis can be debilitating and life-threatening, but proper treatment can reduce long-term symptoms. This condition causes symptoms such as abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea and the need to have frequent bowel movements.
