Thus, on October 12, 2023, the library was joined by “Polish Murder Secrets”, produced by the Scandinavian platform Viaplay in 2022, which will soon disappear from the Polish streaming market. The series directed by the duo of Tomasz Bardosch and Matej Bobrik consists of 6 episodes, each of which deals with a different shocking topic. – This is a new look at the most horrific crimes in Poland’s recent history. “Polish Murders Mysteries” was produced with panache and attention to every detail. Viewers will learn behind the scenes stories that shocked the whole of Poland and often also echoed in foreign media. The speech includes: about a married couple from Gliwice buried alive, parents committed by a pair of teenagers, or one of the most brutal bank robberies. The creators took care to reliably present available materials and previously undisclosed case files, as well as all the evidence that, step by step, led investigators to first identify and then capture the perpetrators.
