Three with a better result? None of that, again worst ever

In the latest Radio Track survey, carried out by Kantar, on which Press.pl, RMF FM scored 30.6 percent. participation in listening time (an increase from 29.1% in the same period a year earlier). Radio Zet, Radio Eska and Tok FM also improved their audience.

As for Program III of Polish Radio, last year (September-November) had an audience of 2.6%, now it is 1.6%. So far, the three have the worst result – 1.7 percent. – in the period of July-September 2021. As before, the study was criticized by Joanna Lichocka, MP of Law and Justice. “Next week I will submit an application to the President of UOKiK to control the conduct of the so-called radio audience research. There are grounds to suspect a market collusion” – wrote the politician on Twitter.

At the same time, he refers to the text she wrote, in which, inter alia, accusations: “Is it any wonder then that in every Radio Track survey, whether at the national or regional city level, the best-listened radio stations are: RMF, Zet, Eska and Agora’s stations?”.

In October, when the previous audience surveys were published, the Polish Radio Program Council gave a negative opinion on the new Trjka schedule. . This is not the first such case, a similar decision was made by the Program Council in the case of the Troika schedule in April this year. However, this decision is not binding on the station managers.

From December 1, Trójka has a new boss. It is Marcin Wąsiewicz, a journalist associated with Radio d and Telewizja Polsat for many years. He is already the fourth editor-in-chief of the station since the charts scandal in May 2020, which caused an outflow of employees and the creation of Radio 357. Earlier, many journalists who left Polish Radio created Radio Nowy Świat.
