Fabia is a Bialystok group of rappers that operated from 1999 to 2014. It was created by artists using the pseudonyms: Poszwixxx, Ede, Konradziwo, DJ Perc and Bezczel (the rapper died on September 21, 2021). The group recorded four albums, of which the first two “Żywioł” (2003) and “CDN” (2005) were the so-called “illegals”, and the next two – “Work of Art” (2009) and “Made in 2” (2011) were released by Step Records. In 2009, the line-up with guest rappers Piha, Ero, Mesa and Miodu released a music video for the song “Wish of Death”. The music video was directed by Piotr Ograbek.
The National Broadcasting Council wants a fine from the now defunct band for a music video from 14 years ago
Rapper Poszwixxx reported that officials from the National Broadcasting Council conducted an in-depth analysis of the song and music video from 14 years ago. “Eggs. After months of flipping through documents, I finally got a final summons from the National Broadcasting Council to pay protection money for promoting ‘alcohol and drug addiction’ in the clip we made 14 years ago,” he wrote on his Facebook profile. He added that he would appeal the decision until the end, because the situation is absurd: “10 wheels are not the road, so I decided not to let go (…). That’s all I can write for now. After agreeing the details with the lawyer, I will publish more materials of this farce,” reads his statement.
What exactly did the KRRiT employees not like? Poszwixx published the content of the analysis of officials who indicate that various logos appear at the beginning of the clip, including one belonging to the “dopalaczecom” website and the address. The careful attention of the controlling body did not escape the fact that the song is performed by several different people, the song begins with “a refrain repeated later”, and the action was presented in “various arranged scenes”. One of them is supposed to “show the torture chamber”.
Moreover, “the bloody victim is chained to the wall and his head is covered by a sack, and then the corpse lying on the table. In the content of the song, the performer refers to the victim as ‘meat’, and the room where it is supposed to take place as to a ‘meat train’ or ‘butcher shop’: ‘tortures, hooks, tripe on the tables, (…), come, I’ll show you around my private butcher shop’ The whole scene ends with the performer taking the ax towards the neck During the chorus performed for the second time, there are short scenes from a bar where alcohol is consumed, among other things, reads the summary.
The next fragment is embarrassing, because one of the rappers pours whiskey of a popular brand into a glass, and when he drinks the drink, you can see the leaflet of the “dopalaczecom” website in the shot. “Then we see the same person snorting white powder, which is supposed to represent taking amphetamines or cocaine. Also in the lyrics of the song there are references to taking drugs: ‘these drums are pounding the sagan, they kick like a pill, (…) it’s pure natural coca'” – explains an official from the National Broadcasting Council. Another disturbing element is the scene in which said performer leaves the house with a firearm, and the scene suggests that he killed a person who previously posted negative comments “to performers on the internet”. There is also a scene in which another rapper aims a gun at the “strapped victim”, who is then doused with gasoline, and in the music video it is implied that this person was set on fire from a cigarette butt.
Nevertheless, the next paragraph of the KRRiT analysis is insightful: “The broadcast also shows a scene of burying a man alive, as well as a scene of sexually objectifying the teacher’s treatment of a student in a way that presents the possibility of sexual exploitation of minors as a manifestation of achieving a certain position or expression of self-confidence. During the next The scenes in the bar also clearly show the consumption of alcohol, vulgar language and threats are made to unspecified people throughout the recording, and violence and aggression are treated as privileges.
The music video for the song is no longer available on YouTube. Under the link it says the video is unavailable and “the uploader has not made this video available in your country”.

Comments have also been disabled, but there is also information that the video had a million views. However, material from the clip plan is available.
Facebook users comment on the case on the Poszwixxxa profile: “Generally a sad topic, because today young people actually talk about drugs as fun, but sad gentlemen prefer to dig up some dirt from 14 years ago and pick in the past. I wonder if Pih will get a sentence for attempted murder in this clip itself”, “in a few years half of rap will disappear from YouTube”, “I wonder when Pasikowski will be punished for ‘Psy’. There was also violence, alcohol, etc.”, “But the best thing is that today every second clip is booze and hard drugs and talking about how cool it is, and kids listen to it and sing it in schools” – they point out some gaps in reasoning and remind about the artistic vision or uninhibited freedom of speech.
