What incentives or incentives do writers have to keep writing and publishing? Who has the duty to promote the habit of reading? How can we value and support reading? These are some of the questions that will set the pace of the activity.

The meeting is organized by the College of Journalists of Guayas and will be attended by authors such as Sonia Manzano Vela, Hans Behr Martínez, Maritza Cino, Dalton Osorno, Ernesto Torres Terán and Siomara Spain.
