This company is located in mz. F, lot 3, Villa El Milagro, from the same district mentioned above. In both cases, the immediate cessation of all the activities offered in said places was ordered and they have a legal term to file an appeal before the Specialized Chamber in defense of competition.
Why is the municipal license important?
A municipal license is essential for businesses located in their own or rented premises to participate in the market lawfully and complying with the requirements established by the respective authority.
In the case of these two companies sanctioned by Indecopi, both had a significant advantage over their competitors, since they did not carry out the administrative process that involves an economic investment.
If you want to review the specific requirements for applying for an operating license, check with the corresponding district municipality. You can also check if there are similar businesses in the area by entering the INEI Geographic Information System for Entrepreneurs.
