Nutrition expert that many of us store bread in plastic bags in which we brought it from the store. This is a mistake, because there is no air flow in the plastic wrap, and over time, moisture settles on the bread, which has no outlet and leads to mold. So how do you store bread to keep it fresh longer? According to the expert, it is best to keep it in ceramic haversacks in a cool place.

To avoid rapid staling and spoilage, it is worth buying bread made from natural ingredients, because it is chemical additives that accelerate mold growth. Products made of sourdough rye flour will keep their freshness for the longest time. White bread prepared with yeast dries faster.
