That is, a balanced diet, dropping heavy emotions from yourself, charging it with positive energy, which sport certainly releases in us to a large extent. (…) I do not exclude anything, but I eat a lot of green things. I take great care to consume the right combination of vitamins. I sew them myself. I read very carefully what I eat, when and why, said Justyna Steczkowska.
