In the mid-1990s, Krzysztof Cugowski and the band Budka Suflera went on tour around the United States. It was there, after one of the concerts he played in Chicago, that he met his future wife, Joanna. Such situations are never easy and pleasant […] We made a bold move, especially Asia, who had a good, well-ordered, prosperous life in America. We divorced. Me in Poland, Asia in the US. She took three suitcases, I left the house with a folder with documents.
