chose Łódź as the meeting place not by accident – the author of books about Geralt, Andrzej Sapkowski, comes from this city. “Fest” will be the first event of this type in the history of the series and will take place exactly in the EC1 center in Łódź.
“The Witcher Fest” in Lodz. There will be stars
“There will be something for witcher fanatics and for those who are just starting. The creators of the series, the stars of the universe – everyone will come” – encourages you to participate in the Netflix event. What’s more, tickets to the event can be won in a competition on probawiedzmina.pl. It’s best to enter it from the phone – the participants will be given a quick test of knowledge from “The Witcher” (there is only 30 seconds to answer) and one, essentially creative, competition task. Attentive readers and viewers should have no difficulty in giving the correct answers. You can win a double invitation to the party.
Netflix is to reveal more details soon, but it already assures that in addition to the possibility of meeting the stars of the “The Witcher” universe and the pre-premiere show, there will be no shortage of surprises and attractions that will help you move to the world of Geralt.
What do we know about the third season of The Witcher?
– While the rulers, wizards and monsters of the Continent try to capture Ciri, Geralt takes her away from Cintra to protect his reunited family from those who threaten it. Yennefer, entrusted with Ciri’s training, leads them to the protected fortress of Arethusa, where she hopes to learn more about the extraordinary powers dormant in the girl. However, it turns out that they find themselves in the middle of a conflict full of corrupt politics, black magic and villainy. They must fight and risk it all – or risk losing themselves forever, reads the synopsis.
The new episodes were directed by Stephen Surjik, Gandja Monteiro, Loni Peristere and Bola Ogun and written by Mike Ostrowski, Javier Grillo-Marxuach, Tania Lotia, Haily Hall, Matthew D’Ambrosio, Clare Higgins, Rae Benjamin and Troy Dangerfield. The cast of the series was joined by Michalina Olszańska, who will play Marti. The third series consists of eight episodes and, as in the case of “Stranger Things”, has been divided into two parts. Viewers will see the first tranche on June 29, and the second on July 27.
