They sued him for fraud several times. “Kitchen Nightmares” with Gordon Ramsay are back after 10 years

America loves to see Gordon Ramsay in action. Although the restaurateur runs several culinary programs at the same time, he will soon have to find time in the calendar for another one. After a 10-year hiatus, the “Kitchen Nightmares” format returns.

“Kitchen Nightmares”, which can be translated as “Kitchen Nightmares”, is a Fox show in which one of the most famous chefs, Gordon Ramsay, visits failing restaurants. The format resembles the Polish “Kitchen Revolutions” with Magda Gessler, the cook visits the premises, spends a week with their owners, often sharing sharp observations and experience with them.

Kitchen Nightmares by Gordon Ramsay is back. After 10 years, the program will go back to television

The reality show premiered on Fox in September 2007. After seven years, seven seasons and almost 100 episodes of the show, Ramsay announced that he was resigning from reality television. The last episode of the American version of the format aired in 2014, and four years later Ramsey returned with a new show “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back”. After a ten-year hiatus, the famous restaurateur’s kitchen nightmares are back on Fox.

American viewers must love Ramsay as the station airs more and more of his shows. The show “Next Level Chef” is on air, the 21st edition of “Hell’s Kitchen” ended in January, and the star also participates in the creation of the “MasterChef” and “MasterChef Jr” formats.

The well-known restaurateur also raises a lot of controversy. In September 2007, Martin Hyde, the former manager of the Dillon’s restaurant visited by Gordon Ramsay, filed a lawsuit against the host of the show. He was charged with nine different misdemeanors, including hiring actors to defraud viewers and staging restaurant failures. The case was dismissed. The situation repeated itself 11 years later, when the owners of the New Orleans restaurant Oceana Grill sued the producers of the series for fabricating the events shown in the episodes.
