Liv?Downs is one of the TikTok users who got married some time ago and shared a cake slip on her profile. On Instagram, she found inspiration for a cake that won her heart. She decided that she wanted such a minimalist off-white cake with a delicate decoration and a black inscription “until death do us part” at her wedding. However, it turned out that the pastry shop that undertook to make the cake was not up to the task at all.
The baking prepared by them did not resemble the one from the inspirational photo at all. Its color was yellowish, and the decorations were crooked and very unprofessional. Not to mention the inscription, which was completely different. In the recording, the voice of a woman can be heard laughing through tears. “If you don’t laugh, you’ll cry,” she captioned the video. In the comments, she revealed that the cake cost her $960 (or just over PLN 4,000) and that she later tried to contact the bakery again, but to no avail.
People online couldn’t believe what they saw
