High school teacher arrested for sending sexual pictures to students
An Oklahoma high school teacher has been arrested after being charged with numerous crimes, including allegedly stalking, grooming and soliciting sex from underage male students via social media apps, primarily Snapchat. Serena Faith Merrill Cator is a 43-year-old student at McLoud High School of Economics. She was arrested on March 16 and released on $15,000 bail.
She was charged with three counts, including soliciting sexual conduct with minors using technology. The woman had inappropriate conversations of a sexual nature with underage male students aged 14 to 18. Not only did she send nude photos of herself to them, but she expected the same from at least three of her 10 victims. Cator also admitted that two boys had previously been with her daughter.
The teacher fell into the hands of the police when one of the students revealed the truth to her parents
In November 2022, the school authorities launched an investigation into the behavior of the economy after one parent reported that his daughter had informed him of a teacher having sex with one of her classmates. When Serena Faith Merrill Cator fell into the hands of the police, she voluntarily admitted to sending and receiving lewd and obscene messages and photos to several of her male students. The 43-year-old, according to the website, testified that the reason for her difficulty in separating reality from dreams is mental illness and alcohol abuse. She also added that she understood that she needed help. The accused teacher, who presented a list of 10 students who were her victims, was fired from her job in December 2022.
